6:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Bib Collection / Registration opens at the foreshore car park adjacent to the Kilcunda Caravan Park.

6:50 AM: Pre-race briefing for 21 km and 17 km distances at the start line (mandatory for all runners).

6:50 AM: Bib collect closes for 21km and 17km.

7:00 AM: Race start – 21 km distance.

7:02 AM: Race start - 17 km distance.

7:50 AM: Bib collect closes for 10km

8:00 AM: Pre-race briefing and race start – 10 km distance.

8:05 AM: Bib collect closes for 5km.

8:15 AM: Pre-race briefing and race start – 5 km distance.

9:30 AM: Presentations

9:45 AM: 5 km cut-off time (1.5 hours after start).

10:00 AM: 17 km cut-off time (3 hours after start).

10:30 AM 10 km cut-off time (2 hours 30 minutes after start).

11:00 AM: 21 km cut-off time (4 hours after start).
