8:00 PM - Race Briefing (22 km / 36 km / 45 km)

07:30 AM – Registration opens (36 km / 45 km) at Village Square, Mt Buller. (UPDATED 1 DEC 2025)

07:50 AM – Pre-run briefing (36 km / 45 km) at Village Square. (UPDATED 1 DEC 2025)

08:00 AM – Race start for 36 km and 45 km distances. (UPDATED 1 DEC 2025)

08:30 AM – Registration opens for 22 km distance at Village Square.

08:50 AM – Pre-run briefing (22 km) at Village Square.

09:00 AM – Race start for 22 km distance.

09:30 AM – Registration opens for 5 km distance at Village Square.

09:50 AM – Pre-run briefing (5 km) at Village Square.

10:00 AM – Race start for 5 km distance.

2:00 P.M. – Presentations in the Village Square. (UPDATED 1 DEC 2025)

Cut-off 1: 1:00 P.M. at Mirimbah Park – entrants in 45 km who do not reach this checkpoint will be recorded as a DNF.

Cut-off 2: 3:00 P.M. at Northside Express – 45 km participants who do not reach will be directed to finish without summit climb.
