11:45 AM – Race Briefing (4km / Kids Trail)

12:00 NOON – Race Start (4km / Kids Trail)

1:00 PM - Course Cut-off: 7km (2 hours)

2:00 PM - Course Cut-off: 21km / 15km (4 hours)
