Pregnancy Policy

SingleTrack will offer a full refund to anyone if they do not wish to race during their/ their partner's/ their surrogate's pregnancy or are not ready to run postpartum.

All other withdrawals

If an Athlete needs to withdraw from any SingleTrack Running Wild Race they have the following options. Note that aside from our Pregnancy Policy all withdrawal requests are treated equally regardless of circumstance. 

Option 1 (available until two weeks prior to the Event): An Athlete can defer their entry to the same exact Race in the following year. Credit cannot be transferred to another SingleTrack Event or Race.

Option 2 (available until 12 hours before the race): An Athlete can transfer their entry to another athlete for a $20 transfer fee, which will be paid by the new athlete upon completion of the transfer request. It will be up to the Athlete to organise their refund directly from the new athlete they are selling it to.

Option 3 (available until 12 hours before the race): An Athlete can transfer to another Race in the same Event subject to available spots. They will need to pay the current difference in price to upgrade. There will be no charge nor refund to downgrade to a cheaper Race.

Option 4: The Athlete can receive a % refund in the following periods:

• 75% refund until 3 months before the Event.

• 50% refund until 1 month before the Event.

• 25% refund until 2 weeks before the Event.

• No Refund after 2 weeks before the Event.

How to request a withdrawal

Please email hello@singletrack.com.au with your name, your confirmation number, the Race you would like withdraw from AND the above Option (1, 2, 3, 4) you have chosen.

If you would like to transfer your entry to another runner, we also need to know the email address of the runner you would like to transfer to.
